2. User Accounts

To access most features of our Services, you will need to create an account. You agree to:

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this choice of law will not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

You may bring any dispute which may arise under these Terms to the competent courts of Italy, or, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, to the competent court of your country of habitual residence.
